The Federated Garden Clubs of Cincinnati and Vicinity consists of organized garden clubs and horticultural societies. Any organized garden club or horticultural society of Cincinnati and vicinity may apply for membership.

• An organized garden club/horticultural society must submit an application for membership to the chair of the membership committee.
• An individual may become an associate member by submitting an application to the membership chair.
• It is the duty of the membership chair or a designated member of the committee, to visit all clubs applying for membership.
• Application for membership shall be presented to the Board for vote.
• Upon approval by a majority vote of the Board, the garden clubs/horticultural societies/associate members will become members of The Federated Garden Clubs of Cincinnati and Vicinity, upon payment of dues. The treasurer will send a dues form to the approved club, society, or associate member for payment.
• Membership lists of this organization will not be shared with other organizations or agencies.
• Garden clubs/horticultural societies/associate members formerly members that desire to be reinstated, must meet all the requirements of new membership.
• Annual dues are one dollar ($1.00) for each member of each garden club/horticultural society, payable by June first (1st) for the ensuing year. Associate members will pay $10 on June first (1st ) for the ensuing year.
• Full annual dues are to be paid for each member of each garden club/horticultural society/associate member accepted into membership more than six (6) months prior to June first (1st).
• Those garden clubs/horticultural societies/associate members accepted into membership less than six (6) months prior to June first (1st), shall pay one half of membership dues.
